Review: Everybody Knows

Everybody Knows Everybody Knows by Kyra Lennon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Lucy is headed on the road with Razes Hell. Using it as a summer project for her journalism classes. Not that her having a crush on lead singer and her sisters best friend Jason Brooks had anything to do with it. Besides she has known him her whole life and knows how he is. Jason is ten years older and has been through so much, he would never look twice at her in that way. She was just Lucy, Ellie's little sister that lived next door. Can't blame a girl for dreaming though. Jason sees Lucy as Ellie's little sister, but he enjoys her company and her attitude towards life. On the road she is becoming the one person he can hang with and she keeps him centered. takes his mind off of the cravings. Until the day they take it one step farther and it ends up the kiss that shown around the world.

We got to know Jason in the first book Nobody Knows and the struggles he had with cocaine addiction. It about tore his family apart and ruined his friendship with Ellie. Now he is trying to turn his life around. Lucy admitted she had a crush on Jason, but knew he was a player and had issues in his life. She was willing to be his friend. Lucy was mature for her age and you tend to think she is older then she is. Wonderful read and had a real tear jerker part. Didn't see that coming. I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
